About the Founder
A Personal Connection to Kenya. A Commitment to Meaningful Global Learning.
Inspire Global Impact was founded by Anne E. F., an educator and program leader with more than 15 years of experience. Born and raised in Kenya and now based in California, Anne brings a personal connection to Kenya and a cross-cultural perspective to every program.
Her work is grounded in long-standing relationships with Kenyan educators, community leaders, and youth-serving organizations. Her approach begins with listening, building relationships, and working alongside local partners rather than imposing outside ideas.
One of those relationships began through hands-on involvement with a community-based school in Nairobi. What began as a small grassroots initiative grew into a full educational center and remains one of Inspire Global Impact's trusted partner schools today.
Anne created Inspire Global Impact to give students the opportunity to experience Kenya through learning, community engagement, cultural exchange, and personal growth—while approaching local communities with respect and humility.
